Pradeep's is pleased to feature a new concept in Indian Cuisine for Californians. Our philosophy answers the continuing trend for healthier dining without sacrificing flavor. All selections are comprised of flavors from India, ingredients from sunny California and the tastes of both worlds. We focus is on high quality, low fat, low cholesterol, and high fiber value. We do not use butter or cream in any preparation. Try our special Salmon, Roasted Eggplant based curries, and organic salads. To put out the fire, we offer traditional sweets like gulab zamun cardamom and ice cream Tangarine Sorbet. Everything we make is available to go.
